**Stolen? The Simple Truth.**

You have got to be kidding me. While out at Kona Grill the other night, my leather jacket was stolen from the  back of the chair next to me. Okay, I put it there. Not on the back of my seat, but the seat next to me. I am not going to explain why, it's insignificant. But I have one question: Why in the hell do people take what is not there's?

I noticed I did'n't have it while rescuing my car from the valet guy. I seemed a little light, and realized I was sans one item...my coat. I believe I know who snagged it. The drunk girl sitting annoyingly to my right. She was totally obnoxious to begin with, but upon her exiting, while feeling relieved I also should have checked on my coat...I didn't. My mistake. I guess you get to a point where you think stuff like that isn't going to happen as adults. But, sadly, friends.... it does.

I loved this coat. It was so very cool. It fit snug and was, dare I say..sexy as all get out. But, in the end...it is mine no longer. I really didn't get too upset, Andy was there to put things into perspective as he often does, as do I. And we then kinda laughed...

I will take my need for a stylish leather coat and go buy another one. One I like even more. Thank you, for creating that void in my wardrobe.

All that said,

my continued admiration for those who are truly blessed with a good soul. For those that aren't, I can only hope you find yours soon. I continue to strive to be the best me I can...in a world where sometimes we all fall a bit short. But this I do in fact know: I would never take what is not mine....For I am blessed to appreciate the simple truth that, "I have all that I want, and I am very thankful to have all that I could ever need."

In the end, I still want to believe she took the coat by mistake...here's to being crazily optimistic. :)
